Full Job Description

As a BehaviourSupportWorker, you will play a key role insupportingchildren who may present with behaviours thatchallenge, helping them develop positive coping strategies and improve their social,emotional, and communication skills. You willsupportchildren and young people in their family homes, but also in their local community, helping them to access and enjoy local services, such as parks or leisure centres.

We are looking forenthusiasticand highly motivated individuals who have experience of working with disabled children who may present with behaviours thatchallenge.You will be part of a stablished team and will work with your team members to provide children and young people with the best standard of care.
