Full Job Description

We are looking for a behavioural Master Trainer / coach to assist with the delivery of the Love for Life Behavioural Programme at our SCS Joint Venture. You will be part of the Behavioural Programme Team that is within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing department on the project. The role is fundamental to setting expectations about the desired values and behaviours required when working on the project, particularly those that help to ensure that we keep everyone safe and well. You'll:

  • Deliver the Love for Life Orientation sessions to new starters
  • Support the asset based delivery of Love for Life Orientation
  • Deliver an effective communication programme to supervisors (forms part of the FLS assessment process)
  • Facilitate and deliver training courses and sessions
  • Field-based coaching as needed
  • Assist with the delivery of other Health and Safety training as required
  • Maintain records of attendance and producing reports
  • Create content and material as needed
  • Understand the Client and Joint Venture Partners' Environment and Sustainability Policies, Processes and statutory requirements as they affect the company's operations and ensure that the requirements, as applicable within their discipline, are implemented on the project.

    Background in health, safety and wellbeing and relevant qualifications e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH etc
  • Knowledge and experience in delivering behavioural safety content and cultural programmes
  • Experience in creating training course content
  • Comfortable with using Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams
