Full Job Description

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for overseeing the benefit administration of all International benefits to include employee communication, day to day benefit administration and works closely with our Benefits team to manage existing benefit programs and vendor relationships including purchasing/payments of invoices as well as the research and proposal to Senior Management of annual renewal changes. The position will report to the Senior Director, Total Rewards. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall administration, compliance and vendor management for all International benefit programs including, medical/dental/vision plans, disability plans, leave policies, Retirement, life and other ancillary benefits.
  • Responsible for answering Tier 2 benefit inquires
  • Educate and mentor all People Experience team members to guide them in their communications with employees in relation to employee benefit plans and programs. Assists with managing communication efforts and tools for employees to keep them informed of their benefits.
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings and trainings with People Experience team to ensure an optimal employee experience
  • Coordinate with benefit consultants and plan providers to ensure efficient administration of benefit plans. Supports implementation of programs providing effective communication and training to employees.
  • Partner with internal teams on completion of annual benefit surveys, best places to work surveys and other benefit/wellness recognition awards.
  • Provide support for budgeting and financial analysis of employee benefits programs. Ensure adequate calculations of expenditures in benefits for budget planning, tracking and ensuring purchase orders for vendor payments are set up to support timely payment to vendors

    Strong functional expertise in benefits program design and administration.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interpret contractual language into easily understandable text; comfortable in group presentations and negotiations.
  • Strong software skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
  • Diligent follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, be resourceful, and operate in ambiguous situations
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree with a HR emphasis and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires progressive related benefit experience
