Full Job Description

Join us as a pivotal force in enhancing the quality and focus of our Pay Services team and Working Group. As a key player, you'll design and implement system improvements and changes, whether they're part of continuous improvement opportunities, project requirements, or audit findings. Your role ensures all initiatives are efficiently managed and delivered on time to benefit owners and stakeholders. Collaborate with Continuous Improvement Consultants, benefit owners, process owners, internal stakeholders, and vendor management to drive excellence and innovation. Be the change-maker in our journey towards superior service delivery! You'll help us make health happen by:

  • System administration of cyclical benefit election windows.
  • Continuously improve benefit processes by scoping, designing, testing, and launching system improvements, ensuring stakeholder engagement and administrative maintenance.
  • Partner with the business to understand current and future state ambitions, designing improvements to achieve future goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other analysts to shape the CI roadmap and deliver impactful changes, enhancing employee experience, operational efficiency, and reducing costs.
  • Scope, design, and deliver small-scale Benefex OneHub projects, including gathering requirements, scoping, building, testing, and deploying new benefits plans with the digital experience team.
  • Investigate functional solutions for business requirements.
  • Collaborate with local People teams, People Technology, Pensions, Payroll Services, Reward, Health and Wellbeing, and Finance to upskill and educate stakeholders, supporting positive colleague outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other CI professionals and link with CI resources in other teams, including Payroll Services, Reward, Health and Wellbeing, and People Technology.
  • Be risk-aware and address service failures to resolve risks and prevent recurrence.
  • Understand legislative changes in Benefits, Reward and Recognition, Health and Wellbeing.

    Curious about new ways of working with an interest / affinity towards technology.
  • Good understanding & experience of Employee Benefits and the functional domain for the specialist area coupled with an understanding of wider organisational issues and challenges.
  • Self-management, initiative, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to problem solve and seek solutions.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships through strong stakeholder management both internally and externally.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and resilient; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience of benefit software preferably Benefex One-Hub
