Full Job Description
- Provide support and advice on money management signposting to specialist agencies when necessary.
- Complete income and expenditure forms to support tenants to set up affordable repayment plans for outstanding debts.
- Complete welfare benefits mandatory reconsiderations and appeals.
- Advice concerning Universal Credit.
- Casework support with ongoing queries.
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external departments and partner agencies. You will work closely with our housing teams to ensure our services are delivered to the highest standards and help our residents to sustain their tenancy.
