As Beverage Operations Manager you will be a highly skilled professional who has a hands-on approach and an ability to inspire and lead a team. You will need to be guest focused and have a desire to deliver 5-star Service for all of our guests on both a grand and intimate stage.
We are looking for evidence of exceptional beverage experience, with excellent people management skills and a strong character. The ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational challenges are a must in this diverse role.
This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. You will have knowledge of Opera Micros Guest Res Diary, or a similar restaurant reservations system along with experience of working in a 5-star hotel/resort is essential along with leading multiple department managers.
To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker and a strong team player.
