You will bring your esports knowledge and expertise to help shape what this league looks like. You'll be supported by our content, social media, project management, and tech teams. You'll need to work collaboratively with them to help the organisation understand what good looks like when it comes to esports.
  • You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity. This is a new initiative for us and helping define it must be part of the appeal for you. You'll be seriously empowered but supported. You'll need to bring people with you - no bulls in china shops please. Esports is something the organisation is excited about so being able to explain gaming concepts in plain English is crucial. You will report into the Director of Academy and Creative. We have offices in Gerrards Cross and London. You'll need to spend some time at both but we support flexible working and can agree an approach that works for all., BFBS is an exciting and rewarding place to work. We are committed to looking after our people, helping them to develop their skills and build successful careers. What we offer We offer a competitive employee benefits package that has been designed to support your health and well-being, and care for you financially. You're a UK-based expert in everything esports (please don't apply if this isn't you). Perhaps you're ready for your next step. You may work for a gaming brand or esports league but you're tired of being told no. We are going to launch the first esports league for the UK military community. And we need your help to do it. We have the content production, event delivery, tech, and military expertise. But we need someone who knows the world of esports inside and out to help us build this. We can't tell you exactly what your role will involve because you'll shape it. Launch something incredible in 2025 with us. We can offer you -
  • Trust, freedom, and the opportunity to seriously develop
  • Work with purpose - we only take on projects that really matter
  • A beautiful office in London Victoria with free tea, coffee, fruit, bar and cafe
