Full Job Description

Our Infrastructure team brings its design, build and refurbishment expertise to complex projects across the country and we have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join us at our Head Office in Leavesden, Hertfordshire. The Bid Coordinator will play a crucial role in the preparation, submission and management of bids and proposals. This will be a hybrid working role. What you'll do:

  • Coordinate the bid process from start to finish, gather information from internal teams and ensure all submissions meet client specifications and deadlines.
  • Work with the Bid Manager to review and analyse request for tenders to determine requirements.
  • Assist in preparing responses, including technical content and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bid documents and correspondence and track the status of submitted bids.
  • Act as key contact for clients during bid process and communicate bid progress with internal stakeholders.
  • Review bid submissions to ensure they meet quality assurance and compliance requirements.
  • What you'll bring to the role

  • Experience in organising and managing confidential information in a similar role as a Bid Coordinator
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint etc.)
  • Proficient ability to manage online client portal systems
  • Flexibility - this role may require occasional travel
