Full Job Description
We are looking for a Bid Manager to join our outstanding Executive Education team at London Business School. In this position you will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timelines are met and bids are complete, accurate and compelling. You will work closely with the sales, solution architects and commercial teams to produce a bid that exceeds client expectations. Acting as a trusted advisor to the sales team, you will be confident offering insights, drawn from best practice, to improve the quality of proposals. You will work alongside the Director of Client and Business Relations to qualify and scope new opportunities and lead with your own response to specific proposals,
- Apply established criteria, experience, knowledge and judgement to diagnose client and stakeholder needs and match them to the right London Business School offering.
- Ensure that all opportunities progressed are strategically aligned, commercially viable and compliant to LBS rules and regulations.
- Undertake research on client organisations to reflect in bids, proposals and pitches.
- Project manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all key stakeholders are clear on roles and responsibilities and are producing and providing deliverables to time, quality and scope. Ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner and risks are mitigated.
- Produce bid material, discussion documents, new business proposals and pitch presentations (written and visual content) to ensure submissions are of high quality, are compelling and exceed client expectations.
- Understand and translate contractual commitments and guidelines into proposals where relevant. Who we are looking for
