Full Job Description
- Managing the full bid lifecycle for tenders ranging from £100k to £500m, ensuring successful, high-quality submissions.
- Creating compelling tender documentation that is consistent, accurate, and minimizes company risks, while integrating lessons learned.
- Leading internal bid deliverables and securing approvals, ensuring timely progress across all stages.
- Effectively managing business resources and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels to keep bids on track.
- Acting as the primary client contact, negotiating technical, financial, and commercial aspects of bids pre- and post-submission.
- Facilitating smooth handovers from the tender team to the delivery phase, ensuring scope stability and project alignment. Your success will be grounded by
- Your win rate and quality of tender documentation in a similar role and large matrix organisation.
- Your extensive bid management experience with significantly high-level budgets
- An understanding of Railway technology projects
Experience in leadership and management proven through the success of the teams you have worked with. - A strong focus on customer engagement and relationship and the ability to negotiate in complex situations.
- Degree level qualifications and expert level MS package knowledge.
