Bid Writer

The post holder will work closely with the Business Development Director, Senior Leadership Team and other parties to continuously develop Omnes Healthcare's business interests. Please note these responsibilities will either be fulfilled personally or by effective delegation, and many will involve planning with the Business Development Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organising, managing and delivering of PQQs, bids and tender returns and generally supporting the Business Development team.

• Oversee the bidding process, including bid writing, development, and submission.
• Collaborate with the Bid Manager and Finance team to ensure all bids are compelling and competitive.
• Take a hands-on role in developing, writing, editing, and formatting high-quality winning
• bids, particularly at the early stages of framework submissions which tend to require case studies
• Write and edit high quality formal NHS bids from PQQ to final submission and presentation including writing/editing drafts and ensuring that the commissioners scoring criteria are met.
• Gain a deep understanding of potential clients' needs, tender requirements, and business operations, and where their needs can be met by Omnes
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team in preparing written information on our experience, capabilities, and proposed project approach
