Full Job Description
- Write and submit tailored applications for funding and bids, supported by the team wherever needed
- Support with fundraising strategy, ideas and development.
- Help us build our funding/grant prospect list. We have access to some grant funding databases, but are ideally looking to create a tailored one for the CIC through this process as well.
- Produce a funding budget and forecast, identifying where, when and how much funding is needed, together with the forecast sources of that funding.
- Volunteers will work from home, with regular support and check-ins with a dedicated lead
- We offer flexible working hours, working from home, a few hours a week - negotiable for the right candidate
- Write successful funding bids
- Research funding opportunities

- Make plans, forecasts, and budgets, keep them up to date and report on them
- Help develop a fundraising strategy

We are looking for a writer who is experienced in researching and writing funding applications, or someone who has generally worked in a similar environment and is happy to work in this area to grow their own skills.
Being a good writer is vital and an ability to weave through information and know what's important would be ideal.
