Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The Bid Writing, Marketing and Office Administrator will be responsible for management and co-ordination of content for bid submissions, management of marketing material, managing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to the Practice Partners. The ideal candidate will have experience within the architectural or wider construction industry but this is not essential.
Duties:
- management and co-ordination of content for bid submissions and competitions
- researching project histories, practice procedures and general business requirements in support of bids
- management of marketing material / media coverage
- assisting and supporting professional staff with their daily duties
- compilation and proofing of letters, reports and meeting minutes
- supporting the administration of governance and company accreditations
- the management and processing of invoices.
- general office support
Previous experience in similar administrative roles
- Proficiency in using Microsoft word, excel and office.
- Experience of using desktop publishing packages such as Affinity or Indesign desirable but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills
