Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Bid Writing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the group central marketing team and Senior Strategy & Insights Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality bids that align with client objectives and showcase our expertise. As a Bid Writing Specialist at Adgen, you'll craft persuasive bid proposals that address client challenges and convincingly advocate for our services. Your role involves developing agile project planning structures to enhance collaboration among team members, ensuring seamless bid development. With a keen eye for detail, you'll maintain consistency in voice and messaging across all bid materials, employing rigorous quality control measures. Additionally, you'll take the lead in presenting and preparing bid proposals, integrating compelling visuals and narratives to effectively communicate our value proposition.

  • You'll have:
  • Experience of working on large public sector tenders
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and building client relationships.
  • Experience in coordinating responses to pitches.

  • Salary range: £30,000 to £40,000 basic, depending on experience Hiring Process:
