Billing & Invoicing Team Lead - UK&I

Your role as Billing & Invoicing Team Lead is to lead the billing and invoicing team to complete customer invoicing process in a timely and accurate manner ensuring billed revenue is maximized and within the parameters of internal controls and the Company's strategic goals with 100% compliance.,

• Lead B&I team throughout monthly and annual processes
• Oversee transition of work of current billing and invoicing role for Ireland
• Get acquainted to current local systems & processes and corporate systems & processes.
• Execute billing and invoicing
• Contact with business (customer delivery) to discuss input for billing; contact with customers
• Collaboration with accounting to indicate unbilled amounts for accruals
• Contact with business (customer delivery) to discuss input for billing; contact with customers
• Reconcile output of billing system with input in accounting system
• Key business stakeholder in the transition to a new billing & invoicing system
  
  Proven expertise in a billing and invoicing environment
• Experience leading/managing a team is beneficial
• Ability to prioritise and pay attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Good excel knowledge
• Affinity for systems and processes, experience with SAP is a plus
• Knowledge of indirect tax (VAT) is a plus
