Full Job Description

The role could be based in London or Lopen, Somerset. The focus of the role is to manage the marketing strategy and communications channels for the human healthcare brands (Bio-Kult and Lepicol). The Bio-Kult brand is at a pivotal stage of its lifecycle, already No.1 Probiotic brand in the UK, new product positioning and evolved branding will allow significant acceleration in performance driven through a new marketing communication strategy both UK and Internationally. Responsibilities include the planning, organising and execution of marketing communications across all touchpoints. Working with key internal and external stakeholders (agencies, PR, events) to build brand awareness, conversion and loyalty. The role comes with significant accountability and autonomy to truly impact the brand performance.,

  • Oversee and execute marketing strategy across all traditional and digital channels for the brands
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to agree and execute plans
  • Being the brand guardian, ensuring the visual identity and communications are consistent across all touchpoints
  • Organising and attending key exhibitions and seminars relevant for the brand positioning and awareness
  • Oversee the production of all marketing materials (both digital and traditional)
  • Ensure DTC platform is kept updated with relevant content to engage and inform current and potential customers.
  • Measure and evaluate brand health and execute plans to improve
  • Close management and tracking of annual marketing spend to keep within agreed budget
  • Active involvement in new product development from idea to execution
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns using statistical data when possible and suggest improvements
  • Monitoring competitor activity and evolving strategies to address where needed

    Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience at management level within branded / FMCG business environment
  • Degree in marketing, business or similar
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrable ability to develop team to achieve high levels of success
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Drive, determination and enthusiasm
