Full Job Description
- Work a mixture of early, day, and late shifts, and weekend and bank holidays
- Be responsible for the reception/data entry and processing of clinical specimens, these may include a range of swabs, body fluids, and blood samples
- Be involved in setting up a range of routine automated and manual laboratory tests

- Is able to communicate well with staff in the department and service users
- Is able to plan and use their own time economically and effectively

- Has a working knowledge of laboratory areas
- Is able to work day and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays
