Bistro Assistant

As one of our Bistro team you will provide breakfast and lunch service to Booths Colleagues using our Central Office Bistro and Distribution Centre Canteens. The vacancy is for 20 hours rostered over 5 days with expected availability from 7am until 2pm. Due to office hours there is no weekend, evening or split shifts but does require a flexible approach.

The role involves the preparation and presentation of food, using the same quality products our customers see in our stores. You will also be required to provide a friendly and efficient service whilst maintaining our high standards of customer care. Hygiene and cleanliness is crucial to us, and you will contribute towards this by ensuring that food preparation and service areas, tools and utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times

The role requires a positive and detail orientated person with excellent communication skills. Previous catering experience is preferred, however full training will be provided.
