The Manager will oversee the restaurant to ensure that guests have an outstanding experience leading to repeat visits; this will be through the training and motivation of the team, and through monitoring of the product offering. The manager will also be responsible for maximising profit, and promoting Bluestone's Corporate Responsibility policies.
