Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a Scheduling Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis for a six month fixed term contract., As a Scheduling Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the health and wellbeing team at our Rustington centre.

Ensuring the effective delivery of care services, you will develop, implement and maintain rota schedules and related processes, playing a key role in creating a positive and solution-focused working culture.

You will manage various administrative functions, including maintaining the daily care diary, organising meetings, taking minutes, monitoring emails and liaising with internal and external partners to arrange staff cover.

Additionally, you will support the clinical team by organising records, co-ordinating clinical audits, monitoring staff absences and managing care supplies.

Your role will also involve:

- Liaising with facilities to ensure timely servicing of equipment
- Assisting with booking staff training and supporting volunteers
- Helping to co-ordinate communication regarding member engagement
- Providing support for events at the Centre

About You

To be considered as a Scheduling Administrator, you will need:

- Experience using database systems
- Experience managing rota administration
- A high level of Excel spreadsheet skills
