Are you a passionate healthcare professional with a drive to make a significant impact on public health? Do you possess the expertise and leadership skills to lead initiatives combating blood-borne viruses (BBVs) across a dynamic region? If so, we invite you to join our dedicated team as the Blood Borne Virus Regional Lead. This post is based across our BSGW Cluster (Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire) and you will provide BBV support across 4 prisons; HMP's Ashfield, Bristol, Erelstoke & Leyhill., As the BBV Regional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategies to prevent and control the spread of blood-borne viruses, including HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C, within the BSGW region. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, public health experts, and other stakeholders to drive innovative programs and interventions. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our initiatives are evidence-based, impactful, and aligned with national best practices. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role with substantial autonomy and influence. As the BBV Regional Lead, you will be at the forefront of public health innovation, driving change and making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals affected by blood-borne viruses.
