BMS Project Engineer

As a BMS Project Engineer at Honeywell, in the South region, you will be responsible for managing and executing Building Management System (BMS) projects, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and design customized BMS solutions that optimize building performance and energy efficiency and (main duty x 3). This is a field-based role with travel required and occasional overnight stays.

Key requirements

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design customised BMS solutions

  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure successful project execution

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation

  • Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and performance

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during and after project implementation


  • Key skills and qualifications
  • Previous experience in controls engineering or a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls

  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with Honeywell BMS products and solutions would be advantageous
