As a BMS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for both pre-planned and reactive maintenance of Building Management Systems across various high-profile sites in Central London. You will be expected to handle fault-finding, wiring, and networking of BMS hardware, while also contributing to small project work. A solid understanding of HVAC principles is crucial for success in this role.,

  • Carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance on BMS systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Fault find and troubleshoot issues with BMS hardware, wiring, and networking.
  • Work on small project installations and system upgrades as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider facilities management team to deliver high-quality service across various sites.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

    Competitive salary of 50,000 - 60,000 per annum.
