As a BMS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for both pre-planned and reactive maintenance of Building Management Systems across various high-profile sites in Central London. You will be expected to handle fault-finding, wiring, and networking of BMS hardware, while also contributing to small project work. A solid understanding of HVAC principles is crucial for success in this role.,
- Carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance on BMS systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Fault find and troubleshoot issues with BMS hardware, wiring, and networking.
- Work on small project installations and system upgrades as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
- Collaborate with the wider facilities management team to deliver high-quality service across various sites.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
