BMW Mobility Manager

Introduction: At the BMW Roadside Assistance program, we prioritize customer satisfaction. When customers' vehicles are off the road for retailer repairs, our mobility support becomes crucial. Ensuring seamless vehicle provision is key to maintaining our commitment to customer excellence. Objective: As the Mobility Manager, your mission is clear: deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through efficient vehicle provision, while also optimizing BMW fleet utilization. You'll keep a keen eye on costs and savings, ensuring our business operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement:
o Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across various businesses and departments. Collaboration is essential for success.
• Analysis:
o Review current activities and identify areas for improvement. Your insights will drive positive change.
• Cost Saving:
o Be our cost-saving champion. Highlight trends that could impact vehicle replacements, including addressing high-cost cases and exploring alternative options.
• Project Proposal:
o Develop well-structured project proposals based on identified opportunities, and actively support their implementation.
• Measurable Impact:
Keep a finger on the pulse. Monitor changes in product line-ups, fuel types, and adjust Hire Car Matrix to suit.

We're on the lookout for a highly motivated individual who thrives on interpreting complex data, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements in the realm of mobility. Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: You should have completed your 'GCSE' A-C Level or an equivalent qualification.
• Microsoft PowerPoint: A good understanding of creating impactful presentations.
• Microsoft Excel: Ability to analyse data effectively.
• Pressure Handling: You'll need to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Relationship Building: You know how to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Independence: You're self-driven and highly motivated.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
• Education: Ideally, you've reached 'A' level standard or an equivalent.
• Roadside Assistance or BMW Retailer Experience: Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects would be advantageous
