Meeting and exceeding objectives, achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling new & used vehicles and promoting finance and accessory products.
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded.
Naturally building a rapport with customers in the showroom to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promote suitable vehicle features and benefits.
Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry, new models and recent improvements/ news.

If you enjoy dealing with people and can demonstrate a real aptitude for sales, a professional approach to people and have the stamina it takes to succeed then we will support you throughout your sales career. Above all you must be able to demonstrate that you have a 'can do' attitude, be target driven and that you can motivate yourself to succeed. A drivers' licence is essential., Warm and engaging personality with strong negotiating and closing skills.
Previous sales experience is essential in the motor trade, 2 years preferable.
Enthusiasm to exceed monthly sales objectives.

A full and valid UK Driving Licence

The job attracts a good salary and a realistic high target earnings of £60,000-£70,000 uncapped, a 5-day working week with every Sunday off.
