Full Job Description
We have a vacancy for a dynamic and enthusiastic Board Officer who will oversee the Board's work on the Multi-Agency Risk Management (MARM) process.This process brings together organisations to discuss individuals who are at a high level of risk but fall outside statutory safeguarding services.
This role will provide you with an in-depth insight into our core safeguarding services and you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge to help further your career.
This role is available immediately and would be working tosupport the Oxfordshire Safeguarding Adults Board.
You need to have excellent analytical and communication skills and have experience working within a public sector organisation or a third sector organisation working with vulnerable adults.
You will join a busy and friendly team.To be successful in this role you must have first-rate organisational skills with the ability to organise your own workload working calmly and efficiently under pressure.
You will take on significant responsibility and need to be able to work bothindependently and as part of a team.You need to have tact and discretion and strong interpersonal skills as establishing good working relationships with a variety of professionals will be essential. Microsoft 365 is our chosen system/application so experience in using this is beneficial., Disability Confident
