BS3 Community Development Needs You! Could you be our next Trustee?

We are looking for people with the passion to make a real difference to our community and the professional skills to help us to fulfil our ambitious plans.

To complement our existing Board, we need committed, enthusiastic individuals who are keen to share their knowledge. We are particularly interested to hear from people with experience in the following sectors:

• Human Resources


• Property Development and Estate Management


• Finance


• IT


• Marketing and Communications


Our trustees oversee the governance of the charity, contribute to strategic conversations and advise on future plans. They ensure the charity is well-run and sustainable by supporting the senior management team to fulfil our charitable objectives.

Being a trustee gives you the opportunity to build board level experience and of course is a great addition to a CV.

As well as genuine enthusiasm for our work, you will need to have the time and capacity to attend board meetings (four per year) plus some sub-committee meetings.

So, if you are committed to the local community, have a strong belief in the importance of BS3 Community Development and our role within the community, as well as a desire to develop your knowledge of the charitable sector then we would love to hear from you.
