Full Job Description
The role of Bodyshop Advisor is to create outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by Partridge of Hampshire by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of courtesy, integrity and empathy when interacting with customers and members of the public Day to day you will receive customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public. Part of the role is to maximise sales and profitability by selling core, value-added and incremental products. Furthermore, you will provide general clerical assistance for the Bodyshop Department and assist in the day-to-day running of the business to enhance the reputation of Partridge of Hampshire at every opportunity when interacting with others.
