Bodyshop / Service Receptionist

You will also be responsible for liaising with insurance companies and work providers keeping them up to date and informed on the progress of jobs.

We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to join the team at our busy workshop.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and face to face communication skills. Previous experience in the motor trade or insurance would be advantageous. Administration skills, ability to use software and to organise and prioritise work is essential.
