Bodyshop Trainer

Plan, scope, and implement technical training, working with internal teams and external partners to elevate standards, efficiency and productivity
Support apprentices with hands-on training, feedback, and block release training
Drive best practices and innovation by incorporating new technologies and repair methods.
Facilitate third-party training programmes
Manage key stakeholder relationships
Ensure compliance with certification and training standards, embedding risk mitigation and governance

Outstanding technical understanding in a bodyshop environment, panel paint and smart repair
Enthusiastic and driven with a desire to share knowledge and to help others to succeed
Strong collaboration skills, with experience managing budgets and engaging stakeholders
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement
