Full Job Description

The Bond Compliance coordinator plays a key role to ensure documentation accuracy in support of the bonded warehouses. The main objectives include maintaining high standard attention to details to facilitate the smooth flow of goods, and contributing to a world-class service through accurate data entry, effective communication, and adherence to key performance indicators.,

  • Responsible for the data entry tasks related to WMS and duty system, including identifying and resolving discrepancies to
  • maintain the smooth flow of goods.
  • Manage and process documentation for goods in and goods out accurately and on time.
  • Review Import documents and follow up on discrepancies with hauliers.
  • Manage the systems, inputting and reconciling data with accuracy.
  • Complete product data checks, including verifying commodity codes with the HMRC portal, and updating purchase orders.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle general administrative duties efficiently.

    Working knowledge of basic administration principles
  • Familiarity with import/export declarations in a bond environment preferable
  • Strong computer and system skills, particularly in using Office 365.
  • Excellent organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage one's workload effectively.
  • Excellent attention to details.
