Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our longstanding team based at our premises in Widnes, Cheshire.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, meticulous, hard-working and friendly. As Bookkeeper/Office Administrator your working day will be reasonably varied and will include the following key responsibilities:
1. Book- keeping, to include invoicing, data checking & entry, reconciliations, purchase ledger, credit control and generally ensure the books are kept up-to-date and accurate.
2. Assist with HR Administration where necessary.
3. Office duties - answering and responding to incoming calls, mail distribution, flow
of correspondence.
- Advanced Microsoft Soft Excel knowledge as well as MS Office Suite
- Quick Books
- SAGE
Your administrative skills will be required to support and contribute to the wider activities of the team and to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
