  • Respond to inbound enquiries to ensure maximum customer service and conversion of bookings
  • Engage prospective bookers and clients to build trust and loyalty to Lakeside
  • Plan and organise bookings to ensure maximum occupancy and most efficient delivery while meeting client needs
  • Work closely with the Bookings and Administration Manager to ensure that financial contribution/margin is managed for all bookings
  • Liaise with the Programme department effectively and efficiently, to enable them to provide great service levels and deliver programmes efficiently
  • Contribute ideas and market information to ensure that Lakeside is offering maximum impact to children and young people through our programmes
