Full Job Description

We require a new member of our booking team to work remotely from home under the leadership of our Lead Booking Coordinator. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Liaising with customers via the telephone & email scheduling new jobs & re-booking existing customer jobs for UK based technicians.

  • Replying to customer queries via phone and email.


  • Full training will be provided along with ongoing support, both face to face, via phone and our interactive booking system.

  • Able to prioritise tasks and adaptable to varying workload.

  • Be self motivated.

  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK.

  • A personable individual with excellent communication skills.

  • Hardworking with good organisational skills.

  • Capable and happy working solo for the majority of the time.

  • Access to broadband internet


  • Desirable attributes:
  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Your role may involve working in our headoffice at Sheffield during staff training or events.


  • Our success will rely on your ability to uphold strong customer relationships and be flexible to customer demands.,
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • You will be an exerienced call handler in a customer facing role.

  • Working on multiple tasks at one time., GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)


  • Language:
  • English (required), GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
