Booking Office Assistant

We are seeking a Booking Office Assistant to join our Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy Outpatient Team. This role is crucial in providing excellent administrative support and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff.,

• Managing bookings, rescheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records using IT systems such as RiO, TrakCare, and Maxims.
• Handling referrals and coordinating appointments via telephone, email, and other platforms.
• Supporting clinic efficiency by optimising appointment slots and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service
