Full Job Description

Check and be responsible for rental income and service charge accounts
- Preparation and reconciliation of service charge budgets & expenditure
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgets effectively

We are seeking a skilled, experienced Bookkeeper/ Property Administrator to join our team in managing financial records and transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a property company and essential to be proficient in Excel and with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero., Proven experience as a Bookkeeper and property administrator in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero,
- Good computer skills and proficient in 365
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- To be professional, honest, discreet and trustworthy with a good customer rapport
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Flexibility to support management & other functions of the business and liaising with external accountant
