Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has emerged to join us in a Band 3 role as an Administrator. This will be 30 hours per week post where we can be flexible to accommodate to the candidate's needs on the working pattern., As part of our Patient Pathway team, you will be responsible tracking patients through their care pathways, organising patient appointments and processing clinical correspondence in a timely manner. This role will lead on supporting the current administration team and the expanding of age extension at the end of 2024.

Successful candidates will have previous administration experience in an NHS organisation and preferably be familiar with screening. They will be able to communicate with a range of patients and colleagues and possess excellent team working, negotiation and organisation skills. Above all they will be committed to helping us deliver excellent patient care.
