Full Job Description
The Bowel Screening clerical assistant is required to provide comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme. The post holder will deal with the daily processes in ensuring patient pathways are correctly managed within the BCSP and Trust guidelines, and to act as a first point of contact for the Programme Hub and end users., Reporting to the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme Manager via the Lead Administrator, the post holder will assist in the provision of an efficient, effective and comprehensive reception, administrative and clerical service for the Tees Bowel Cancer Screening Service.
Using appropriate technologies and equipment, and taking direction from the Programme Manager and Lead Administrator where appropriate, the post holder will produce work outputs to a high standard of quality that meets the organisations requirements for Information Governance, RMS and CQC, and is in line with all policies, procedures and guidelines relating to the Trust and the Screening Programme.
