Brain Injury Rehabilitation Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team in Southampton, Hampshire. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our adult female client ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being with active participation in goal-directed rehabilitation interventions as well as helping her with her executive functions., The key responsibilities include supporting the client in functional daily living activities, organization, planning, and communication needs, both spoken and written. The role also involves helping the client draw up realistic plans and schedules, providing prompts to record and check information, and assisting with problem-solving and decision-making.
