Brain Injury Support Worker

This is a new opportunity to assist a young adult in Wilmslow, Cheshire who has experienced a brain injury at birth. The client is visually impaired and requires support with their religious practices and community engagement. The successful candidate will need to have knowledge of epilepsy and an understanding of the client's Christian beliefs., The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with the client's bespoke routines, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records of care, and working in partnership with healthcare experts and family members to ensure complete care. The role requires previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
