This is a new opportunity for multiple brain injury/cerebral palsy support workers in Bishops Stortford. The client is a young boy who loves to be active and engage with reading books as well as playing games. The role involves providing personalized care, emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care., The key responsibilities include engaging with personalized routines, assisting with the care programme, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records of care provided, and reporting any changes in the client's condition. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
