We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team in Magor / Undy. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support an individual with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being., The role involves delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, and maintaining accurate records.,

• Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
• Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
  
  The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature., Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
