We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Magor/Undy on part time basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support an individual with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being., Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication and monitoring health conditions, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
