As an Assistant Branch Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are in the right place at the right time to drive sales, reduce markdown, and maximise stock performance. You'll collaborate with merchandising teams, finance, and visual merchandising to maintain effective stock management practices. You will be key in influencing data-driven decisions that help optimise store performance. - Conduct store visits to assess stock levels and provide feedback.
- Support the retail team in ensuring operational excellence, especially around sales launches.
- Administer and optimise the allocation and replenishment system to align with business needs.
- Provide reports for trade meetings and contribute to trading decisions.
