Full Job Description

  • Manage the full operation of the branch and ensure that you meet all standards for safety, deliver storage efficiency, housekeeping and support the ability of customers to find the right products

  • Be in control of sales, margin and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best in class financial performance

  • Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing

  • You will lead, motivate, engage, delegate to empower your team to work together and deliver great service for our customers

    Are you an experienced Branch/Store/Unit Manager looking to develop your career further? Are you ready to step into a dedicated specialist operation? We are seeking a strong people/sales/customer service manager to take the reins of our Keyline Bedminster, Bristol branch.
