• Manage the full operation of the branch and ensure that you meet all standards for safety, deliver storage efficiency, housekeeping and support the ability of customers to find the right products
• Be in control of sales, margin and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best in class financial performance
• Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing
• You will lead, motivate, engage, delegate to empower your team to work together and deliver great service for our customers

The role of Branch Manager is one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions in our business, and this is no exception. Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm and Friday 7am - 4:30pm, NO WEEKENDS! What’s in it for you?
