Salary:

Up to £37,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus + £5.5k Car Allowance

As a Branch Manager based in Pickering, North Yorkshire you’ll be responsible for:   

  • Leading, developing, and coaching the branch team to deliver exemplary customer service and drive sales performance in this established branch.

  • Setting and clearly communicating targets to the branch team, working collaboratively as part of a team of three.

  • Instilling a culture of high standards, quality, and safety in all areas of the branch.

  • Being accountable for the branch meeting all performance KPIs, including sales and margin, cost control, P&L, and more.

 

And here’s what we’d like you to have:  

  • Experience in branch management is preferred.

  • Focus on offering expectational customer service and operational excellence

  • Industry or merchant experience would be ideal

  • Ability to coach, develop and motivate a team is essential, supporting them to deliver KPIs 

  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-first approach are crucial.
