Full Job Description

Joining our family as a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of your branch. With your Assistant Branch Manager by your side, you’ll make sure the safety of all colleagues is a top priority and ensure daily checks are carried out to make sure the branch runs smoothly. With a hands on approach, and a high-performing team by your side, you’ll have the freedom to run your branch whilst achieving targets and maximising sales through maintaining relationships and working closely with the local trade. Working closely with your team is the key to your success as a Branch Manager, you will lead by example and motivate your team to achieve their best and support both personal development and professional progression. Recognising that each member of your branch brings different strengths and qualities, you will work with each individual on their personal development to build a strong team that works together to increase sales. You don’t necessarily need to have experience within the industry to excel in this role, all we ask for is experience of leading a team and driving sales.
