By reviewing previous seasons' best-sellers, keeping an eye on new reactions and constantly reviewing our sales forecasts, it's our Planning teams that make sure we have the right styles in at the right time - and in the right amount. What You'll Be Doing Reporting:
  • Run and manage all reporting for Branch Merch & Core divisions including weekly & daily reports ;- daily sales, dispatch, intake etc.
  • Run all Monthly/Seasonal reporting to class level providing summaries for core teams across all territories.
  • Support Assistant Planner with ad hoc analysis.
  • Analysis/ Allocations:
  • With guidance action tier changes or 'stops' on stores.
  • Help to build & manage store stock packages issuing guidance to teams on weekly replenishment, store transfers, etc
  • Attend store visits- provide relevant feedback and actions to improve performance of store.
  • Review & action weekly stock request for stores
  • Gain a sound level knowledge of stores and variances between territory performance (store size and turnover, customer profile etc)
  • Support with store openings and closures.
  • Teamwork:
  • Attend MAA planning meetings, advise and support core teams with sales and inventory data
  • Create and maintain a strong relationship with store teams & MAA's, becoming a point of contact & support
  • Work closely with line manager and stores to gain feedback on any stock issues

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Advanced excel skills- knowledge of SUM Ifs, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables preferred
