By reviewing previous seasons' best-sellers, keeping an eye on new reactions and constantly reviewing our sales forecasts, it's our Planning teams that make sure we have the right styles in at the right time - and in the right amount. What You'll Be Doing Reporting:
- Run and manage all reporting for Branch Merch & Core divisions including weekly & daily reports ;- daily sales, dispatch, intake etc.
- Run all Monthly/Seasonal reporting to class level providing summaries for core teams across all territories.
- Support Assistant Planner with ad hoc analysis. Analysis/ Allocations:
- With guidance action tier changes or 'stops' on stores.
- Help to build & manage store stock packages issuing guidance to teams on weekly replenishment, store transfers, etc
- Attend store visits- provide relevant feedback and actions to improve performance of store.
- Review & action weekly stock request for stores
- Gain a sound level knowledge of stores and variances between territory performance (store size and turnover, customer profile etc)
- Support with store openings and closures. Teamwork:
- Attend MAA planning meetings, advise and support core teams with sales and inventory data
- Create and maintain a strong relationship with store teams & MAA's, becoming a point of contact & support
- Work closely with line manager and stores to gain feedback on any stock issues

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced excel skills- knowledge of SUM Ifs, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables preferred
