Branch Sales Assistant

Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis. You will handle requests, provide information on our products, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase, taking our sales from good to great. You will learn how to negotiate with our suppliers and customers and you will also be responsible for ensuring the safe and correct movement of our products around the branch. The team will be 14 strong, operating 3 vehicles with a tool hire department and a Benchmarx kitchen showroom. New branch, new team...new job for the new year perhaps? Read on...Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 0730-1700 and alternate Saturdays 0800-1200.
You don’t need an in-depth knowledge of builders merchants to join the team, as there will be plenty of coaching and training to get you up to speed, we’ll give you the confidence to deliver the exceptional service we expect.
